Submitted information may include your name, phone number, pickup city or ZIP code, vehicle year, make, model, mileage, damage, condition, title status and additional details you choose to provide.
We use submitted information to review requests, contact you about quotes, and discuss vehicle pickup. Do not include Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, bank details or documents in free-text fields.
Our website can be hosted on Netlify, which processes and stores form submissions, and Twilio, which delivers new-lead text alerts to our business. Their respective privacy policies govern their processing of information. Google Fonts may receive technical information when your browser loads website fonts. Hosting services may log technical data required to operate the site.
We do not sell your submitted inquiry information. We may use service providers to process inquiries and operate our website, and disclose information if legally required.
Sals Towing and roadside assistance llc (SALS TOWING) records the name, mobile number and express consent of owners or authorized staff requesting internal lead alerts. Consent records and submission timestamps are stored in Netlify Forms and used to administer enrollment and respond to requests. Twilio processes recipient numbers and message content to deliver alerts. Customer quote submissions do not enroll customers in SMS messages.
